Velune Studio cannot be held responsible for delays caused by third-party shipping providers.

Velune Studio is not responsible for orders delayed, lost, or misdelivered due to incorrect or incomplete shipping details provided by the customer.

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at:

8. Customs & Import Duties
